Philips Professional CD Recordable branded CD-R with printed ICDI label sticker. The disc contains a simple "ICDI FMV player" menu with a single episode of the French cartoon 'Naftaline'. Likely used to test the video capabilities of CD-i players by ICDI. ICDI was based in Charleroi, Belgium, hence the region. CD-i format disc, not a VCD. Last sector of Track 1 is erroneous.
