The disc has a PAL label, but has the "NTSC" checkbox checked with a permanent marker. Early prerelease build of Blood Lines from about 10-11 months before release. The EXE date is from 1998-05-12, but the game data files have filesystem timestamps of 1998-06-21. At the time of this build, the game was named "Tribal", which is how it appears on the in-game title screen. It was later renamed to "Breakneck", and either "Bodyshock: Full Force", or "Bodyshock" as well as "Full Force".
