It was never released standalone.\n\nMost sources online suggest that it was released in a \"Reprint version\" (リピート版) with code HDR-0142, on the same date as HDR-0129. It appears that Sega was initially intending to release HDR-0129 as a LE and HDR-0142 as a Normal Edition, but eventually released just HDR-0129. HDR-0142 only survives on the ringcode, header and box are always HDR-0129 on all copies of the game seen so far over the years."
